1. No salon refunds!
2. If you are unsatisfied, services can be performed again within 3 days.
3. Any existing health issues must be communicated prior to service.
4. Please make all cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
5. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen personal items.
6. Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen gift certificates.
7. Prices are subject to change. Prices are subject to NYC's 4.5% service tax
